KeyProof Privacy Policy

Overview

KeyProof helps renters create rental condition reports on their device. The app does not require an account and does not operate a backend service for report processing.

Data Stored on Your Device

KeyProof may store rental addresses, landlord or manager contact fields, deposit amounts, room notes, condition labels, selected photos, timestamps, and generated report files locally on your device.

Data Collection

KeyProof does not collect personal data, does not use third-party analytics, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not sell data.

Camera and Photo Access

Camera access is used only when you choose to capture rental condition photos. Photo library access is used only when you choose to import existing photos into a report.

Purchases

KeyProof is sold as a paid app through the App Store. Apple processes App Store purchase information and payment details under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. KeyProof does not receive payment card details.

Deleting Data

You can delete reports inside the app or remove all app data by deleting KeyProof from your device.
